gate monitoring
Pool monitors will check all incoming residents and guests daily to ensure access to the pool is granted. Log sheets will also be created to document daily entries.
Enforcement
Pool monitors will assist in ensuring all community rules are adhered to. Any violations will be provided to the management in writing. Pool monitors are not security guards, therefore if law enforcement is required, management will be contacted immediately.
pool area
Pool monitors will perform a walk around the pool throughout the day to ensure that the area is clean and welcoming to all guests. This service includes picking up debris within the pool vicinity, wiping down tables, and straitening area furniture to look uniform.
clean restrooms
Pool monitors will inspect restrooms daily and keep them tidy and stocked with essential items needed (items to be supplied by the association or complex). We do offer full cleaning services, please contact us for further information.
pet waste station
We offer services for maintaining pet waste stations. This is available upon request.
